The Illinois Shuffleboard Association is a Not-For-Profit Corporation formed in the state of Illinois. We have federal tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and donations may be tax deductible. To request a copy of our 1023 Application Form, email contact@illinoisshuffle.org. Our filed Business Income Tax Returns (Form 990-T) will also be available after our first year's return.
